In this week’s Joeris on the Rise, we recognize three Joeris Family members who received promotions in 2017. Learn more about Daniel Olivares, Marcos Garza, and Daylon Koster below.
Daniel Olivares was promoted from Estimator to Senior Estimator. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he has been with Joeris for six years. As Senior Estimator Daniel will oversee the preparation of estimates and budgets, perform constructability reviews, and provide cost analysis input. He currently works in the DFW office.
Marcos Garza was promoted from Carpenter Helper to Carpenter 1. He has been working with Joeris for six years. As a Carpenter 1, Marcos is responsible for the construction, erection, installation, and repairs to structures and fixtures of wood and plywood using carpenter’s hand and power tools. Jose works in the San Antonio Office and is currently working on the HEB Alamo Ranch project with Matt Lindsay and Drew Godwin.
Daylon Koster was promoted from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has been with Joeris for four years. As Project Manager, Daylon will ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, communicate with owners and architects throughout the project, and process/review drawings. He works in the Austin office and is currently working on the Georgetown ISD Security Vestibules and Renovation project.
