Marquis Hall was originally built in the 1930s and served as a residence hall until 1969 when it was converted into an office space. The new renovations to the three-story building consisted of complete upgrades to the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems. In addition to the MEP upgrades, most of the interior of the building was demolished and renovated.

Marquis Hall is now the new home for UNT’s International Program. The first floor is comprised of administrative offices, conference rooms and collaboration areas. The second and third floor consists of classrooms.
