The Oaks includes 175,000 square feet of entertainment, dining and shopping space. Planned according to U.S. Green Building Council LEED guidelines, this project will offer a variety of new services, entertainment and amenities to Lakeway and will also feature parking for golf carts, outdoor plazas, playscapes, open space and pedestrian trails connected throughout the property.
