Air tightness played a key role in this achievement.
In this white paper, we describe how the Joeris project team exceeded the Corps of Engineers’ standard for building air tightness (.25cfm/sf@75pa). First, through collaboration and pre-planning. Then, with mock-ups and a lot of quality control testing.
The final air tightness readings were 0.1 cfm/sf @75pa, a success by any standard!
