Joeris was selected via the Construction Manager at Risk process to construct the Northside Independent School District’s newest high school.
The new High School with related Site Development and ancillary facilities will be constructed on approximately 107 acres on Galm Road in Bexar County, Texas 78253. The completed facility is approximately 425,000 SF and will have a capacity of approximately 2,800-3,000 students. The program for the facility includes all general construction, site work, concrete and steel structure, masonry, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and all other work to construct a complete and functioning facility.
