When asked to coordinate the application, pre-employment, offer and onboarding of 16 drywall technicians and foreman for our Randolph AFB Project, Jasmin stepped up to the task and made it happen in a record timeframe. “Jasmin worked extremely hard to bring on nearly 20 new carpenters in less than a week to help out the Randolph AFB project. In addition to her commitment to meet the job’s tight timeline, because the majority of the new carpenters speak Spanish, Jasmin (as our only Spanish-speaking HR team member) took charge in providing the carpenters the information they needed to be onboarded timely. Jasmin continues to go above and beyond with each new challenge she is given. She is a valued member of the team and someone we can always rely on! Thank you, Jasmin!”
