Our February Joeris Way To Go Winner has been chosen! One of his fellow team members recognized Superintendent, Odie Garza for his attributes of Excellence, Accountability, Service, Respect, Extra Step, Quality, Safety, and Integrity.

“Odie has gone above and beyond in building relationships with the Lamar CISD staff, maintenance teams, owner representatives, and all subcontractors on an active campus. He has excelled in resolving complex issues in the field while coordinating work in multiple languages so all trade partners on site can understand. Without Odie’s dedication to Joeris and the project, we would fall behind schedule and be unable to complete this project. Keep up the great work!.”

Joeris Way to Go is our Employee Recognition Program.
Every month, Joeris employees recognize their fellow team members who have gone above and beyond and demonstrated one or more characteristics of The Joeris Way by nominating them for a Joeris Way to Go. During Joeris’ end-of-the-month Friday Staff Meetings, all nominations from our people are collected, and one person will be randomly selected as the Joeris Way to Go Winner.
