The Cibolo Crossing Retail Deveopment is a 46,000 square foot slab on grade ICF project with shell buildings for future retail tenants. In addition to building the retail shells, we also are completing a $1 million architectural site concrete around the development.
The owner of this development had a very specific aesthtic goal. Our team sought out this look and customized concrete mix designs and form systems to achieve the smooth “rubbed” look that the owner wanted without using any after finishing materials.
