Joeris was selected to construct a new fire and police station for the public servants of Cibolo.

The police station includes a specialized detention system, security system, Bexar 911 dispatch system, and a rainwater collection system. The two-story structure consists of slab on grade, structural steel, load-bearing masonry walls, interior and exterior metal studs, hollow core concrete planks, TPO Roof, exterior brick and stucco facade. 

The fire station includes an apparatus bay, a training room, and full living quarters which include bunks, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining, living, and an exercise room. The single-story structure consists of slab on grade, structural steel, load bearing masonry walls, interior and exterior metal studs, TPO roof, exterior brick and stucco facade.
