he Dove Creek Retail Development project consisted of 230,000 square feet of shell buildings as well as 150,000 square feet of finish-out components. All of the buildings are one-story and built on slab-on-grade with tilt-wall.
This shopping center was very unique due to the high-end features, which included timber awnings, flagstone and sandstone facade, and a tile roof. Additionally, this project included a drilled water well for use of irrigation on site. Along with the construction of the shell buildings, we were also awarded eight finish-outs.
