Kingwood Place Retail Development in Houston is planned for a 103,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store, 41,000 square feet of retail space and six retail parcels. Joeris constructed the 110,000 SF HEB Grocery, carwash and fuel station. In addition, Joeris constructed two retail shell buildings totaling 41,200 SF. 

Extensive sitework on the 50-acre site included an extension of Rock Creek Drive and widening of Northpark Drive.
