Natalia Independent School Distrit chose Joeris General Contractor’s for the addition and renovations to their Junior High School. The work in package 2 consisted of general construction, structure, plumbing, grading, drainage and other work. Work included the complete construction of an addition to the existing Natalia Junior High School and associated site work. Work consisted of classrooms, administration space, science lab, a cafeteria for the Junior High and elementary school with one kitchen in common in a prefabricated steel frame building with cold formed studs and king size brick wainscot and metal panel finishes as well as aluminum canopies and concrete work around the site.
