The new Tobin Parking Garage provides a wealth of parking space for the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts Center in downtown San Antonio. The new “v-shaped” garage has 510 new parking spaces on six floors, totaling 236,000 SF. The first floor includes 12,000 SF of mixed-use retail space, providing an added benefit to the downtown community and event attendees. It was completed on a 10-month schedule.
