Walker Ranch Business Park is an 80,000 SF tilt-wall Class A office park. Joeris completed the shell and site package, including asphalt parking, landscaping, and utilities.
The site was once a construction debris landfill comprised of stone, brick, and other construction material waste. We had to remove the debris and over-excavate about 25 feet until we reached native soil to complete the building pad. The extracted soil was cleaned to remove the remaining debris and meet TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) standards. Then, we backfilled the site to create a solid foundation for the site pad.
