This project included the construction of a new high school, new middle school, and new football stadium for Southwest Independent School District. The facilities were constructed on an undeveloped 200-acre site in southwest San Antonio and include the construction of roadways, parking lots, sports fields and underground utility work. 

 

High School

The new high school consists of a 369,700 SF, 2,500 student classroom facility with core capacity of 3,000 to support future addition(s). In addition to the classroom building, there will be separate facilities for athletics and career technology.

 

Middle School

The new middle school consists of a 172,700 SF, 1,200 student classroom facility with an additional building for athletics and a cafeteria. 

 

Athletics

A new football stadium with a synthetic turf track and field master planned for 10,000 seats. Additional athletic facilities include baseball, softball, and soccer fields, tennis courts (8), and a track and field practice area.
