Joeris General Contractors was awarded the IDEA Public Schools new Seminary Primary School project. Upon completion, the school was renamed to IDEA Southeast.
The scope of work included:
- New 80,000 SF 2-story primary school constructed on an existing greenfield site
- Steel frame construction, metal stud walls, brick veneer, cement fiber lap siding, roofing, site work, paving and landscaping, gypsum board, partitions, and new MEP
- Storm shelter
