Joeris General Contractors, Ltd. was awarded Phase I of the new IDEA Public Schools Lake Houston project.
The scope of work for the new school includes:
- 98,310 SF new building on a new campus
- Steel frame construction, metal studs, brick, and fiber cement board
- Full MEP, site work including paving and landscaping
- Interior finishes: metal stud walls, gypsum board, ACT ceiling, VCT flooring, and paint
