Joeris General Contractors was selected as the Construction Manager for the Corsicana ISD $49 million construction bond package passed in 2014. 

The entire package includes construction of a new 1,100 student middle school and renovations to five elementary schools, an existing middle school and high school within Corsicana ISD.  Renovations to Tiger Stadium included replacing the track and fields.

The new Corsicana Middle School is a two-story 165,000 SF structure with the capacity for 1,100 students. The building includes classrooms, library, cafeteria, fine arts, and a welding shop. Interior athletics included locker rooms for boys and girls, two gymnasiums, and a weight room. Exterior athletics included a running track, two practice fields, and tennis courts. The campus includes approximately 120 parking spots with parent drop off loop as well as a separate bus loop.

The range of renovations to district campuses also included site work, mechanical unit replacement, security upgrades, interior finishes, roof replacements, and room modifications.
