The project meets Jefferson Bank’s goals of consolidating the local financial firm’s sprawling offices while attracting (and keeping) top-tier talent in San Antonio. The design incorporates advanced access control systems, touchless technologies, and air purification systems, promoting safety, convenience, and health consciousness.
Jefferson Bank occupies floors seven to ten with a custom business suite, private staircase, and garage entry. The 13th floor is reserved for the Jefferson Bank executive team, featuring exclusive private offices that offer prestige and privacy. The sixth floor hosts a cutting-edge fitness center and a versatile meeting area with inviting balconies, fostering collaboration and well-being. Jackson Walker, one of San Antonio’s most prominent law firms, will occupy floors 11 and 12, while the fifth floor harmoniously combines a convenient garage with an eagerly anticipated rooftop bar.
Within the 1st to 4th floors, a spacious garage coexists with two-story retail spaces on the ground floor, energizing the pedestrian levels with commercial vitality.
