Joeris General Contracts was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the 28,000 SF renovation of the All Saints Dallas Education Building in Downtown Dallas.
The site and building renovations will not impede the All Saints Dallas congregation from operating and worshiping within the existing building during the renovation project.
The facility improvements will include a new church sanctuary, offices, education and meeting spaces, restrooms and gathering areas. The renovations are to include; a fire sprinkler system, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and new lighting.
