- Teacher administration offices
- Expanded restrooms
- Cafeteria servery
- Demolition of 7 existing portable buildings
- Utilities and site preparation for new portable building
- Landscape and irrigation
- New parking lot and resurfacing of existing
- 8,500 sf pad for new portable building
