The site’s location is in a natural drainage basin, which presented additional hurdles for the project. Frequent rainfall led to swamp-like conditions, with 48 rain days logged during construction. Joeris implemented temporary drainage solutions and dewatering techniques to keep the project moving forward. The team also had to navigate their proximity to DFW Airport, coordinating crane activity and drone usage within FAA regulations to maintain safety and compliance.
