Joeris General Contractors was selected to complete the 2022 Bond Program which will address the District’s overcrowding issues as well as improve safety and security measures at multiple campuses. The scope of work includes:
- New Middle School
- Enhance security measures across East Central High School
- Improve security at vestibules at CAST Lead HS, South Campus, Heritage Middle School, Legacy Middle School, and Tradition Elementary School
- New Pre-K and K Classroom Addition and upgrades at Highland Forest Elementary School
- New Pre-K and K Classroom Addition and upgrades at Oak Crest Elementary School
- New outdoor collaborative learning spaces, new exterior canopies, removal of lockers in corridors, restroom renovations, and new flooring at Heritage Middle School
- New outdoor collaborative learning spaces, new sidewalks to access the outdoor playing field, painting and a new restroom accessible from the field at Legacy Middle School
- Retrofit of Existing Transportation Facility into New Warehouse and Police Headquarters
- New Central Transportation Facility
- New CTE Multi-Purpose Facility
