  • Completion Date August 2019
  • Owner Leander Independent School District

The renovations at Leander ISD Giddens Elementary school took place during the summer breaks on an existing campus over the course of two years. The compressed schedule took careful, precise planning and a high level of coordination with the stakeholders at the district to efficiently move the occupants out, complete the work and move the campus staff back in, prior to the beginning of the 2018 and 2019 academic school years.

The following renovation improvements are included in the scope of work:

  • Renovations to the existing HVAC system
  • New fire sprinkler/fire suppression
  • New ceilings
  • New lighting
  • Interior Paint
  • Flooring
  • Additional exterior concrete pads for MEP system equipment

Joeris also partnered with Leander ISD and the Fields and Associates design team on the Leander Middle School renovations.
