The IDEA Achieve Phase 2 Addition project included the construction of an addition to the existing building on an existing site of approximately 29,504 SF on 2 floors. The work included various components for the new building including a steel frame, metal stud walls, cement fiber lap siding, roofing, site work, paving and landscaping, gyp bd partitions, new MEP, and a new storm shelter.
