Joeris was hired as the Construction Manager at Risk for the KIPP Charter School San Antonio Cevallos Project.
This project consisted of ground-up construction of an approximately 150,000 SF charter school serving 1,932 K-12 students and included:
- Soccer Field
- Cafeteria/Auditorium
- UIL regulation Gymnasium for basketball and volleyball competitions
- High School science labs
- Band Room
The school is a landmark project for the city of San Antonio as it is the first new public high school to be built in the downtown area in more than 40 years. Both Aspire Academy (5th – 8th) & Esperanza Academy (K-4th) are located on the Cevallos campus.
