The Steiner Ranch Elementary School project includes an interior renovation and HVAC upgrade of an existing elementary campus.
Updates included:
- Replacement of all HVAC equipment with new efficient equipment
- Installation of a new chiller for the outside air unit
- Replacement of all interior light fixtures with new LED lights
- New fire suppression system and new fire alarm system
- New ceilings
- Interior re-painting
- New floors throughout the school
