The construction of the new building and demolition of the existing building was done in two major phases. The new school is a two-story building with drilled piers, slab-on-void, steel frame, masonry cavity walls, brick veneer and modified bitumen roofing. The facility consists of regular classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen and cafeteria, administrative offices and ancillary support areas. Along with the new school, there were also several site improvements including additional parking, covered walkways, athletic fields and playgrounds.
