The Culinary Institute of America found its second home at the Pearl Development. The campus includes classroom/lecture space, a state-of-the-art kitchen indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen, offices, 450-space parking garage, retail and restaurant space, condominiums, CIA Cafe and Bakery, and the Amphitheater
Working at an historic site and on the San Antonio River required our team to take extensive measures to ensure the integrity of all historical elements. The scope of the renovations work consisted of the restoration of the historic conveyor and removal of existing foundations and piers in the area.
The Culinary Institute Building is certified LEED Gold and the Culinary Institute of America is LEED Silver.
