As the construction manager of the Round Rock ISD McNeil High School Phase II Renovations, Joeris General Contractors is responsible for the renovation of 74,000 SF of existing high school space and the construction of a 55,000 SF science addition and a 11,200 SF theater addition.
The high school includes grades 9th – 12th, and the scope includes the renovation of spaces such as science labs, career and tech labs, boys locker rooms, cafeteria and kitchen, restrooms, theater and black box, and other building support spaces. Additionally, a secondary maintenance building will be re-purposed for ROTC program.
Additional work includes, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, special construction, earthwork, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm system, communications, exterior improvements, earthwork, utilities.
