Joeris was selected to build San Antonio Academy’s Gymnasium and Fine Arts Building. This project scope includes the demolition of the current San Antonio Academy Gymnasium, and new construction of a multi-story Gymnasium and Fine Arts Building.
Project challenges include a tight land-locked campus in a historic neighborhood and year-round campus activity.
The new Gymnasium and Fine Arts Building is a two-story 25,000 SF structure. The building includes classrooms, a cafeteria, a gymnasium,
