Joeris is currently building the first phase of Trinity Mills Station, a large Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), for the City of Carrollton. This mixed-use project is a partnership with the City, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), The Integral Group, and Koa Partners. This phase includes the site infrastructure for all future developments, roadways, and a large shared park with a water feature that will be the connection to all pieces of the development including the adjacent Trinity Mills DART station. The development includes plans for office buildings, retail space, and multi-family residential. The City of Carrollton is excited for this project to bring new life to a very important area of the community.
