The new dorm and parking garage facility at the University of the Incarnate Word holds 167 students with a combination of single and double occupancy rooms and suited baths. Public areas in the building include a study room, activity room, and floor lounges. In addition, the new structure provides parking for 70 vehicles.
This facility encompasses 59,000 SF of dormitory space on four levels. Parking is contained on the bottom two levels, consisting of 39,000 SF, in an underground garage. The dormitory and parking garage structure is built atop a hill of extreme elevation changes, creating two entrance levels to the building.
