Joeris completed the additions and renovations to Katy ISD Education Services Center (ESC) Outdoor Learning Center and Pavilion Annex in May 2021 for Package A and January 2021 for Package B.
Package A consisted of 10,665 SF of additions and renovations to the existing Welch Outdoor Learning Center for Katy Independent School District. The work included of civil, structural, architectural, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology requirements.
Package B consisted of 25,200 SF of renovations to the existing Katy Independent School District Annex Pavilion. The work included of structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and technology requirements.
