Alamo Heights Municipal Complex
  • Project Scope 26,500 SF New Municipal Complex
  • Completion April 2015
  • Owner City of Alamo Heights

The new Alamo Heights Municipal Complex consisted of the demolition and new construction of the City of Alamo Heights Fire Station and Apparatus Bay, Police Station, Public Works Facility, and Council Chambers. The project was constructed in two phases to avoid interfering with the City’s daily operations. Since the facilities remained operational throughout the duration of construction, temporary housing for current departments was utilized.

The Alamo Heights Fire Station houses Engine 3, Ladder 4, Medic 1, Medic 2, Medic 3, S-2, S-3, and two special operations trailers. Staffing includes administration staff as well as eight firefighting personnel.
