Porter Elementary School Addition — Phase 4
This 12,000 SF project is comprised of a new one-story classroom addition to the existing Porter Elementary School consisting of the following:
- 10 additional classrooms
- a storm shelter of approximately 6,000 SF within the classroom addition
- construction of a new gym with ICF walls and special steel joists roof structure
- revision of existing site utilities in the area of the new construction
- additional parking
Vanston Middle School Additions — Phase 3
The project consists of a new one-story second gym addition and two-story classroom addition to the existing Vanston Middle School. It will include the following:
- a classroom wing housing 10 classrooms
- a new second gym
- dressing rooms
- group restrooms
- support spaces
- a gym storm shelter of approximately 12,000 SF
- construction of a new gym with ICF walls and special steel joists roof structure.
- revision of existing site utilities in the area of the new additions
- additional parking
These renovation projects were a part of the Mesquite ISD 2018 bond. We are grateful to continue working with the district on the Mesquite ISD 2019 Bond Package 1.
