This Addition and Renovations project for the North East Independent School District was completed in three phases.
The first phase included demolition of an existing practice gym, canopies and miscellaneous concrete and constructing a New Gym /Fine Arts Building. The second phase consisted of renovations to the existing Auditorium and HVAC system upgrades in the existing library & computer rooms. Phase three was comprised of demolition of the existing choir room and converting it to a mechanical room, a new HVAC system and ceiling fans in the existing competition gym and storage room, and the replacement of the windows in the existing competition gym with Kalwall Panels.
