This project with Richardson ISD consisted of renovations at Aikin Elementary School, Mark Twain Elementary School and Yale Elementary School.
The renovations and additions at Aikin Elementary school, designed by Perkins + Will, included interior building renovations, the addition of a new administrative suite, replacement of selected rooftop HVAC Units, upgrades to address ADA requirements, as well as minor site site work and drainage improvements
The addition projects at Mark Twain Elementary School, designed by Corgan Architects, included the addition of six new classrooms, ancillary spaces and a fire lane.
The renovations at Yale elementary, designed by HKS Architects, included general building renovations, renovations to the administrative suite and public spaces, upgrades to the building’s electrical system, the replacement of the fire alarm system, replacement of the P.A. system, HVAC upgrades, EMS Upgrades, new ADA Access to the main campus entry and selected additional entries.
