Introducing the Southwest ISD Aquatic Center, a groundbreaking project that sets the standard for school aquatic facilities. Joeris, as the construction manager, proudly presents this state-of-the-art natatorium, blending advanced pool technology with community engagement and athletic excellence.

The centerpiece is a versatile 50-meter pool with multiple configurations, accompanied by a dedicated 4-lane instructional pool. It accommodates swimming lessons, community swim programs, and athletic competitions, serving as the District’s hub for aquatic programs and Athletics Administration.

The Aquatic Center prioritizes sustainability, utilizing natural light and open-air ventilation for energy efficiency. Myrtha’s pre-manufactured walls and pool liner ensure a crystal-clear, fast pool. The facility includes varsity locker rooms, a strength weight room, and a multi-purpose classroom for developing swimming, diving, and water polo athletes.

Spectator seating holds 720 attendees with additional options on the pool decks. Enhanced video technology enables scoring, video playback, and captivating displays for special events.
