Joeris was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk to construct a new 2,200 seat worship sanctuary with additional buildings for The Avenue Church.
The 21,000 square foot project consists of a worship area and mezzanine. Additional features of the sanctuary include a common lobby, and a cafe with a connector to the existing building. Other additions to the campus include buildings for administration, education, as well as general support and tech areas.
