In December 2015, Joeris was selected to construct the newest addition to the current parks and recreation facilities operated by the city of Round Rock. The multi-purpose field and soccer complex project, located at Old Settlers Park, includes five natural grass sports fields, five synthetic turf sports fields, renovation to five existing sports fields, a new two-story 2,300 SF clubhouse building, an 870 SF restroom/storage building, utilities, parking lots, concrete flat-work, lighting, and associated sports facilities. Two well-landscaped plaza areas will also include playgrounds as well as trailer and food truck accommodations.

Embracing the nickname “the Sports Capital of Texas,” the City of Round Rock considers the new complex a “game changer project.” By incorporating professional-grade, multipurpose fields a larger of variety athletics have the opportunity to utilize the enhanced Old Settlers Park as a tournament destination.
