The new Bexar County Quincy Parking Garage has four floors of parking with 623 parking spaces.  The 206,800 SF concrete parking garage features cast-in-place concrete, a pre-cast concrete structure, decorative metal panel screening, and an elevator.

This parking garage shares a project site with a second Joeris project — the SAISD Admin Office Building. Located in downtown San Antonio, local residents, tourists, and SAISD admin alike are able to use the parking garage as they come and go through the downtown area.

The parking garage design incorporates the urban influences of the surrounding downtown community, the historic Fox Tech campus, San Antonio Independent School District, and the culturally significant San Pedro Creek. Working collaboratively with the County and our design-build partners, RVK Architects, we are delivering on the vision of a modern parking garage uniquely personalized to the organizational, sustainable, and design needs of the community, while balancing the transit-oriented development needs, traffic and transportation, and shared community resources.

  • 623 parking spaces
