The New Tech Middle School is a three story, 120,000 square foot building located near the intersection of Joyce Turner Road and Old Hwy 20 in Manor, Texas. It includes classrooms, science labs, band and choir rooms, an art room and fabrication lab. Also included is a common space for dining with a performance platform and a 1,000-seat gymnasium and locker rooms. The facility also includes a preparation kitchen with four serving lines. Administrative offices, student restrooms and support spaces are also included. 

Construction of the building consisted of steel frame, with metal frame and masonry veneer/metal panel exterior walls. Two parking lots, practice field and detention pond were also included in the project.

Manor New Tech Middle School is a projects-based learning facility with a variety of collaborative spaces drawing inspiration from tech companies, striving to inspire learning and to bridge the gap between the students’ current learning environments and their future work environments. The exterior facade is equally bold and inspired by large tech headquarters including Adobe HQ and Facebook HQ.
